- Billing name and address if you upgrade to a paid plan

Park and operational data
- Reservation records, site configurations, guest details, and other data you enter into the Service
- Transaction records associated with reservations processed through the Service
- Notes, documents, and files you upload or create
Usage and technical data
- Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
- Device identifiers and operating system information
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics about how features are used
How we use it
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
- Deliver the core features of the Service, including reservation management and reporting

We do not use your park's guest data or operational records for any purpose other than operating the Service on your behalf.
Data retention
We retain your account and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.
Backups and archived copies may persist in secure, isolated storage for up to 12 months following deletion, after which they are permanently purged.
Security
We take the security of your data seriously. The Service is hosted on infrastructure that employs encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
