Park operators have been stuck with the same bad options for years: reservation platforms built for hotels and bolted onto campgrounds, legacy systems held together with spreadsheets and workarounds, and a parade of vendors charging per-booking fees, monthly minimums, and mandatory upsells for features that should have been included.
TowerPMS was built in 2024 by real people who'd spent years inside reservation systems and park ownership — and who'd watched the outdoor hospitality industry get underserved by tools that were bloated, expensive, and never originally designed for parks.
The goal was simple: build the platform we'd want to use ourselves. Campground-native from the start. Fast to set up. No per-booking fees, no feature gates, no annual contracts. Today, TowerPMS runs reservations and operations for parks across the Pacific Northwest, the Mountain West, and increasingly the rest of North America — and it's free for every park that uses it.
